If a Phoenix class ship is that big when being built inside the shipyard won't the Cradle class be way too big and be clipping like crazy?

Or will the cradle appear small when being built and pop out a ginormous model?

Currently, it clips like a barber on meth.
I'll see what I can do about it, but it's a tough act to balance the scaling of it for larger vessels (like the cradle) while still giving a feel that it was meant to service smaller ships like Charons.

Could it maybe have two construction zones?

Why not have it constructed with the ship being turned on its side?

It could also use a construction method similar to starbases or titans. That way, there will be no concern for clipping, since there will be no actual factory structure.

Would it be possible to build the Cradle from the capital ship yard at no cost for capital ship command in order to get past the size issue?

Maybe open up the sides so the Cradle wont clip through the factory while keeping the rest of the Shipyard mostly the same?

The new frigate factory model is amazing though, definitely fits the UNSC perfectly

Have you considered making the capital ship yard look like an anchor station?
Like anchor 9?

One thing I always disliked in Sins is that the ships inside the shipyard just fill up.

I love the sparks that were added. Makes it feel like the ship is actually being built. Kind of.

My mistake then. Have not played vanilla in a very long time. Mostly mods when I feel like playing sins.
