The ship used for smaller scale, local colony creation as well as the freighter.

These two models are made from recycled piece of the phoenix military class... in fact, you have 4 models sharing a single texture set... the military phoenix is around 16k tri, the civilian phoenix around 8k tri, the colony frigate/cruiser around 1k tri and the trade/transport shuttle ( lower right corner in these screenshot ) less that 100 tri...
Shuttle have no weapons or abilities, are very very small but are numerous in sins, they are the backbone of your economy, and you find a lot of them on your trade route...
The colony frigate/cruiser can be a little monster if desired... can have 10 archer pod, two fighter/bomber bay, repair drone, colonize bay, etc... need to see how Canada will make them in game...

What do you mean ? These images are Poser Pro render, using model and textures already created for sins... background is from a NASA site who publish a new high resolution pic each day...
oh really its that easy dammit i thought it was much harder ive essentially been going about it all wrong :(
so is this the trade ship?
the smaller one, in the lower right corner... will be used for trade ship and resource ship... and will have in fact a ability like the original sins game... something related to bounty retribution...
