A larger variant of the Anchor Station serves as the UNSC starbase, capable of a wide variety of tasks and duties, from defense to trade.

Also All Under Heaven you cant really tell how big it is because there isn't anything to scale it against, in other words you cannot tell how big it is cus there's nothing to compare it to
