Thanks guys. Also, if you have any comments on the fuel rod particle, I'd like feedback on that as well. Thanks!

Looks the same as the regualr imperial bombardment particle from here, maybe you should make the trail for the fule rod shorter and the ball bit at the front abit bigger

I like it the way it is. I didn't notice it back there earlier. The splosion looks pretty brilliant, but the actual projectile looks as close as it probably could be on this engine. Remember, in real time everything will look much better than in a screenshot...

Maybe I can add a few more emitters to give it that "plasma" effect. As L1K3A8O5S says, it looks better in game too :)

trail way too big, you should watch gameplay on the space level in halo reach to get it right

Yeah, I've reached that conclusion as well. I'll make it shorter. Thanks for the feedback!

I think you should make it a little more dark purple. Just saying .=)

The original color is more of a blue, I think. I'll try out some purple though...maybe I'll like it better ;)

It's kind of a mix of purple and blue.

Right, which is kinda what I have right now. I think adding another emitter with a subtle purple effect might be the ticket though.

In my opinion, as far as at atmospheric seraph goes, the long trails actually make sense. As you can imagine space is alot colder, and home to a vacuume, so presumably, the trail would most likely be alot shorter. Ground is fine, but the trail in space is all a matter of proper scaling.

You could probably get the proper tail length from the ground battle in Long Night of Solace since Seraphs are seen in atmosphere over the Sabre Launch Facility.

Description

Been a bit since the last update. Things have been busy with work since the holidays and new year coming up. I do have some new units in the works but for now, here is the finished seraph fighter. Feedback is appreciated, especially on the engine trail....too long or short, specifically (I haven't decided yet).
