New build pad designs. These were created to solve the issue of unique turret bases that were needed for the varying colors of the Shade turrets. The "hologram" design just fits the UI theme better as well, IMO. These are obviously the UNSC design, Covenant have their icon in the center and neutral pads are just an empty circle.
