I just downloaded old school beta and used a diffrent mirror. It still says that the gameinfo scripts are not in a valid format. I read the info in the installation... Does HDR have something to do with these errors? What download program even is HDR? PLEASE HELP! I REALLY WANT TO PLAY THIS MOD! XD
Now I'm trying it on another download mirror, and I'm doing the beta... Hope this works!
Guys, I downloaded it, and it shows up on steam, but it says that its not in a valid format when I launch the game. Did I not install it right? I dumped it straight into
Local /Disc/Program/files/Steam/Steamapps/sourcemods.
Do in need to put the mod name at the end? Im really dissapointed, cus this looks like one of the best mods ever made from the videos and photos...

Amazing mod, It kept me busy for hours. I love all these sprays, pictures, references to others games, to japanese culture, mangas, animes hidden rooms...

I thought Old School was great. Really a lot of fun. I agree with omer123, the katana rules. Just the right level of difficulty. It had some challenge but never got crazy hard like some other mods do. There were some interesting things to look at, like some of the artwork on the walls and the contraptions on the desks in the last level. I also enjoyed the pictures of the beautiful Asian girls. Very nice.
