Cute mod!
This is a fun little mod that took me way longer than it should've to finish. Most of this review will just be about level design since, at the end of the day, this is just a fancy map pack for Half-Life 2. A combat-focused one, too.
If you like maps made by someone who just got their hands on Source SDK '06 and played Build Engine games a lot as a kid, you'll love this! I feel like Shadow Warrior was a big inspiration for this, and it kinda shows in the levels and overall presentation. I think the main thing that holds this thing back is the level design; the levels are blocky, early-Source-engine-mod-tools experiments, but they're all pretty fun to play until you hit that "where do I go now?" moment. There's a very charming aspect to this whole thing; it's made by one person (my favorite!) and while it isn't very complex (there's a bit of scripting here or there but nothing too crazy), you can tell the person making it was having fun putting it together. Some of the levels have poor level design hallmarks, namely weirdly-hidden keys required to progress (looking at you, key hidden in the water in the second-to-last(?) level), but otherwise it's a pretty standard affair. You walk in, see enemies, shoot them, they die, you collect the key, you kill more enemies...
It's a very nostalgic mod. Lots of in jokes and old internet humor along with an old-fashioned view towards FPS games (in a good way, I think)- walk in, and don't leave until everything's dead! Sometimes that's all you really need from a mod, and if that sounds like your cup of tea (or if you really just wanna play a mod that's like Duke Nukem in HL2 (but not exactly, you're still dealing with HL2 combat...)), check this out!
Also congrats Al for doing the level work! Love to see one person mods and this was a very comfy one!! I would've reviewed this like 5 months earlier but I forgot to finish the last level and got distracted with other stuff... oops!

Well designed, entertaining and a nice nostalgic trip to our favorite 90's shooters, before gamers got butthurt and demanded more realism and health-regeneration :P
Not perfect, but fun for the weekend :D
