i think it could look even better if you would tweak the specularity/glossiness settings, Cuse.
This is why I love the bullsquid.
BMS and OPBM's renders just don't do it for me. This bad boy will put the fear of God in my heart.

One thing though; the eyes look a bit funny to me. I think they should be brighter and more translucent-looking, like the HL2 Icthyosaur's eyes.

Bullsquid needs more work, especially in the texture department. Other than that, keep up the good work.
Well, can you give us something more specific what should be improved? The plastic look is solved, it looks much better in-game, if it's what's wrong with texture...
The only thing I don't like is the sharpness between the red, bloody bits of his.. Mouth mandibles and the rest of his overall body.
Letalone the model itself is fantastic, just the redness seems a bit too clean for a land shark ._.

Exelent model, I love the slimy efect.
only problem is it's a little too shiny. Try to make him look like hes been swimming in MURKY water :)
doesn't look good, sorry, don't get me wrong though! It's O.K But the Bullsquid is too brown and the tentacle mouth part needs to go outward and perhaps a smaller tail. Other than that , it's a good model
