Yes, you're right, it's Eye of Palpatine.
DS I and II and what are the others?-
From down to the top, Eye of Palpatine, Death Star Prototipe, Death Star and World Devastator. All on Yavin system.
What no Sun Crusher?
Yes there is a Sun Cruser but it is not on this screenshot. ;)
