I have fixed the Chirdaki Fighter from Rebels.
Lol it should be called the Tie-wing.
The real name is Chirdaki Fighter.
Just a guess but...You dont handle jokes well do you?
More like X-Tie.
Anyway, a ship like this is called "Ugly". Such ships are made from "spare parts" from multiple other ships like X-wings, Y-wings, all kinds of Tie-Fighters, Tie-Bombers, etc. They are usually made by Pirates, Privateers, and other private fleets that don't have the resources to buy their own ships in large quantities, so they salvage whatever they can.
Chir'daki is a Ryloth version of an Ugly (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Chir'daki).
P.S. Btw, Chir'daki is written with Apostrophe ' between "Chir" and "daki". It's not a big deal, though.
