I used to be a schnitzel farmer on the outskirts of Munich Germany. I got tired of growing schnitzels and decided to move to New York where I now own the Schnitzel Truck. Best Schnitzels in NYC! Grown on my very own schnitzel farm and tenderized in a barbaric manner just for you. Those of you who dont know what a schnitzel is, get out from under your rock once in a while, your looking a little pale... First we start with a hand picked schnitzel from our meat garden and run it over with our sanatized truck tires until flat and juicy. Then we cover it in flour and deep fry it in our organic hippy fat friers. Sprinkle some secret seasonings and lemon juice over the top, serve it with a side of not so French fries and a large beer of your choice. Get stuffed, get hammered, get ready for the rest of your workday!!!
