Today begins a new era for us. The large amount of improvements, fixes and additions also include everything you asked regarding dedicated server support. The entire community has to thank here the work done by Psychonic, it's pretty much all his ‘fault' ;) you can use Linux to host our mod and enjoy advanced admin features.
We are releasing server files in anticipation for the client release, which should follow up tomorrow once enough updated servers can be found. There's no 2.6->3.0 update package available, it wasn't worth enough size wise and there are some folder structure changes which require you to remove previous installation anyway.

We have created a global statistics page that all servers are able to participate in. The statistics page will be available here: Stats.fistful-of-frags.com. Server operators need only uncomment a single line in their server config to participate. Servers with extremely non-stock gameplay may be delisted without notice. Please refer to this forum post for details.

Check the link I posted, a crappy recruiting text formatted like a 10 years old would do, got frontpage. It'd fine if this site was a personal blog and traffic generated by this mod wasn't money in someone's pocked.
