First Strike Patch 1.4 is released!
Looking forward to the new maps, especially that green looking place!
But one thing about the videos, you've already done that effect where the camera moves left/right slowly with:
• No sound
• Sad music
Try something a bit more Star Wars-ish like the first trailer you made.
Don't take this the wrong way, this trailer is good but it feels exactly the same as the other videos.
I'm going to download this as soon as I get my DVD drive fixed.
Problem is that we don't have enough testers to make it like our first trailer. With that video we had at most 6 people available to film. It takes a LOT of effort to coordinate what our first trailer did and we don't have the manpower to equal that. Also, First Strike isn't meant to be some arcade game that a 10 year old can play. That's what the battlefront series is for. We're trying to attract the guys who like to play using teamwork, and those people usually like the gritty war feeling that my trailers have.
The sad music and lack of sound, made it feel boring. There are other ways to achieve a gritty war feeling.
I liked it. It's unique.
thats very funny !
GREAT
It's funny how at the end it plays horror music showing t-bagging noobs and glitches... RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!
What map was that at 2:12? This message is coming from when 1.5 is made and I don't know that map, did you guys get rid of it?
That would be the larger sizes of Null Sensor Station, in the forests and plains beneath the Mesa the Imperial installation is built on.
