The V8.2 patch, which adds support for Broken Steel, fixes several bugs, and adds in 5 new weapons with several different attachments for each. If you feel like this mod is deserving, please vote for it for MoTY!

Nope. That's something that might be done. I'm thinking about a V9 that would be totally realistic. No muties, drivable cars (that look modern), tanks, helicopters, all the good stuff. Even Liberty Prime would be replaced with an M1 Abrams tank.

This is amazing! ;) You now, I played Fallot 3 like a few months ago, but it started to be boring after I had played the hole game for two times in a row, but with these mods I can start all over again... I do want to bring a small detail to your attention, though...Player needs cannot be enabled, no matter what. Anyone else has noticed this? What is the fix?

Failer, I need to be more specific...I can't sleep (every time I try to sleep, I get the message "You must have player needs enabled". All my other player needs work, but I cannot use any beds, yet I lose health if I don't sleep.
I am running FO3 with the FOSE, and my other needs are OK. Also, how can I make Reborn the last mod to run? Please advise.

Failer and Slayer, I stand corrected...I installed FOMM and the player needs are all OK, and so are the weapons. I will let everyone know if I find anything else. For now, I'm enjoying this game!

some weapons like xem, scar, g18,... have the iron sight to high or to low please fix it :)
i cant sleep or excrete in the game, i've turned on the needs and i still cant sleep or excrete.
there is one thing i dont like in this mod, i have to drink 10 water bottles and 10 of food do stop the health from decreasing wend that message pops up saying im dehidrated or hunger, and the food has lots of radiation. So first i have dehidration i use 10 waper bottles, then i have hunger use 10 food then i have radiation poisoning, bye bye 100 caps, and i started a new game so is really hard to gather lots of caps to buy stuff, and most of my time i spend finding empty bottles to fill up at tempeny's, so i cant do most of the quests, because im to busy finding something of value to sell, to get caps to buy food, ammo and medical supplies
please fix these:
- make it compatible with ironsight mod
- please let us sleep and excrete even without needs activated
- decrease the amount of food and water that we need to eat
- if we are dehidrated or hunger dont decrease the health right after showing that pop up, after 1 hour(fallout hour) start decreasing or something like that
- the ATM machine doesnt show the amount of caps you have on your account

i like this mod, but is too hardcore for people that started a new game, and are low on caps, food, water, ammo and medical supplies :)

I'm not an animator, I can't do everything, although for V9 there will be iron-sights support. If you want to, you can make the weapons work with the mod.

As for the need system, in V8 it takes one, maybe two items of food to stop hunger or thirst. What I think you're doing wrong is being impatient. It takes time for food to take effect. WAIT after drinking a purified water. It gives +80% hydration, so no way in hell you need 10 to cure dehydration... Even the dirtiest water is +20%.

Two, why do you want to use toilets and beds without needs on? It doesn't give a health bonus anymore, so why on earth would you want to waste time doing that? And no, before you ask, I am NOT allowing you to drink from toilets or heal at beds, it's not realistic, and is unbalanced.

Three, there are over 4 messages for each need except excretion. If you can't pay attention to those, or press "H" to use your body analyzer, that's not my fault.

Four, the ATM does show how many caps you have, it's in the main menu... Again, please pay attention before criticizing.

Anyhow, the mod is supposed to be hardcore, ESPECIALLY from the start. Ask yourself, what chance does an untrained vault boy have in the wastes. In reality, nothing, but I didn't go that far, I just made the game actually a challenge to survive, instead of you waltzing around carrying 200 stimpaks and 100,000 caps.

I will give you some advice though:

1) Pay attention to your surroundings and HUD, this includes the needs levels, radar, and HP. In V9, lots of these features will be gone, so enjoy them while you can.

2) When you first exit the vault, make for Megaton, do some quests there, you need to level up and get some money to survive in the wastes. Maybe go to spring-vale school, if you're feeling tough. Never EVER go to DC or anywhere near the city, or you WILL die.

3) A good way to heal radiation for cheap, is to buy an infirmary for your house, and use IV Drips there to cure rads. It's the cheapest (long-term) way to do it.

4) If you are getting killed to much, turn the difficulty to Very Easy, and disable needs. I play very hard with needs set on the highest speed, but I realize not everyone is as nerdy as me.

Anyhow, if you really want something done your way, you have to do it yourself, since I'm the only creator of the mod, I decide what I want to change. Of course I'll fix bugs, but nothing you've listed is a bug, it's just what you want in the mod. I hope my advice helps :)

Need help! 556 ammo appears as the damned red "!" marks. FO3Edited to see whats wrong and the file 556mmnato.nif is missing from my meshes/ammo folder. Otherwise on the reborn DLC plugins the same file is marked as 10mmammo.nif so is it really a bug or just a missing file?
