Patch Notes
- Added additional abilities to the Mad Vasari Vorastra Titan. A word of advice - Don't let it bomb out your planets. :)
- Increased the Spawn Chance fo the Mad Vasari Titan event. It can still only happen once per game.
- Added a special mission map "The Terror". How long can you survive against an onslaught of Mad Vasari forces?
- Increased the Allegiance reduction for planets the farther they are from your Capital planet. Increased back to 10% per jump, but still with a minimum of 50.
- Increases Antimodule Cruiser XP values to be more in line with other combat frigates, as they can now attack ships.
- Standardized capitalship level purchase costs. They are now set to cost 5 credits for every experience point needed to reach the next level.
- Removed Karnath Assault Swarm ability from Sivuskras Ruiner, as the Ruiner now serves as an antistructure cruiser directly.
- Fixed a balance oversight that saw TEC and Advent squadrons rebuild faster than intended.
- Reduce Inspire and Impair Enemy Rate of Fire debuff from 50/100% to 25/50%.
- Reduce Ascended Advent faction resource reduction bonus from 15% to 7.5%.
- Reduce Advent's initial crystal extraction bonus from 15% to 10%.
- Reduce Orthodox Pilgrims of the Unity tax income buff from 15% to 7.5% per stack.
- Advent's Shockwave of Ascension capitalship upgrade no longer disables engines. Duration reduced from 45s to 15s.
- Duration of the Transcencia Starbase's Mass Disorientation reduced from 45s to 30s.
- Advent Resource Focus starting bonus reduced from 33% to 15%. Resource Focus upgrade bonus reduced from 11.11% per level to 10% per level, for a total max of 35%.
- Advent Deliverance Engine superweapon now cannot reapply the 10% allegiance debuff to an enemy planet unless all prior effects of the ability have expired.
- Advent Evangelization Nodes Starbase Upgrade culture spread rate reduced by ~30%.
- Fixed a bug where Logistic and Planet Health upgrades were cheaper than intended.
- Removed the 25% max population buff from Planetary Organic AI. Now gives 25% cheaper, 50% faster Population upgrades instead.
- Added a 50% Planet Upgrade Rate buff to any artifact that lowered their cost previously.
- TEC Gauss research upgrades now also improve the Ragnarov's "Railgun" weapon type.
- Doubled the increased damage from each TEC Beam Weapon research from 5% to 10% (max now 40%).
- Advent culture research upgrades now also improve "Psionic Surge" weapons (max 30%).
- Advent Titan "Point Defense" weapons change to Laser so that they will benefit from research upgrades.
- Kultorask Titan "Point Defense" weapon changed to Flash Beam so that it will benefit from research upgrades.
- Fixed a bug where the Dynamic Shield Array Artifact was giving an extra 10% shield regeneration bonus, instead of a 10% shield point increase.
- Kortul's Power Surge ability is now disrupted by Interrupt abilities.
- Kortul's Jam Weapons ability can now disable Corvettes, as well as strikecraft.
- Range of Orkulus Starbase' Disruptor weapons increased to 8000 meters to match the pulse guns.
- Reduced cooldown time of Rankulas swarm deployment abilities.
- Change Combat Nanite Swarm to use capitalship damage type.
- Increased the Planet Bombing range of all Titans to 5000.
- Ice planets can now get the Crystal Miners planet bonus.
- Fix a vanilla bug where Strikecraft can trigger Gas Giant AoE damage on Death.
- Fair versions of Alpine, Greenhouse, Moon, and Oceanic planets no longer can have planet bonuses..

Planetary Organic AI change is bad. Previously it had permanent effects, now:
- it doesn't have effect on already upgraded planets
- It doesn't have any difference with a fully upgraded regular planet
Give at leat 5-15% extra population cap?
Dynamic Shield Array also was intended for regeneration, since that's why it is "dynamic"
