In Edain 4.0, we have adjusted the ingame interface so it's no longer stretched in widescreen resolutions. Furthermore, each faction now has their own distinct interface design where before it only differed between good and evil factions.

Tough or easy like in BFME, BFMEII and ROTWK, even brutal is not that hard. I hope in edain BRUTAL will be BRUTAL!!

The AI in the current version 3.8.1 is already unbeatable on brutal :P
though, 4.0 will bring many improvements to the AI

Hoho you have to be unassuming player.
Even by accident brutal AI does not strong as in the ordinary vanilla game.
Maybe Isengard, Misty mountains or Gondor are still acceptable, but in other factions AI just does not understand what to do. Over time, it's frustrating.
That is why are so many expectations from 4.0. :o)
Well i had Mordor Goblins and Isen in mind :p
Trust me i know what I'm talking about; good factions are total crap (AI wise). Evil factions are more challenging (due to AI cheating) and in some cases on brutal some evil factions are unbeatable.
and yes the AI just mindlessly spam without any clue of strategy whatsoever.
no offense to any one but I can beat several ai's on brutal for all the fractions and trust me its not because I'm a good player
