*Single Player:

Not exactley what you think of a single player.
It has more of a training
Human:
-learn to pull the trigger
-learn to drive (for the young ones)
Duck:
-learn to shoot
-learn to fly
-learn to combine those 2
*Multi Player:

Co-op:
You play as human/duck and have to defend 1 area against several ducks/humans.
Attack-Defend:
You play as human/duck and have to capture one area in a medium sized map.
If you capture the area, a timer will appear and when it has crossed the 15 seconds you will get points when standing in the area. The longer you can hold it, the more points you will get.

If you play as a human you can control a vehicle and pick up some allies for drive-by's.
The driver will get assistence points.
On every map there will be 1 big building/mountain where bombs are layed on top of it. you can only reach it by playing as a duck, you will be able to pick up a bomb and drop it where you want it.

My name is Sebastos and I'm here to show you my newest project. The mod is named Ducktopia (MP/SP) and I'll explain what it's about.

But here is a short introduction
Humans kill almost everything: animals, forests,... even Mother Earth.
The Ducks got enough of that, they want to be the ruling race on this planet again, they saved the planet in the past and they are planning to do that again. Only now they'll need to use violence to complete their mission.
So you basicly play either as a human or as a duck.
There are 2 MP-modes: co-op and attack/defend
The single Player will be a training for both forces.
When playing as human there will always be 1/2 cars avaible for more then 1 passengers.
When playing as duck you will be able to leave the ground and attack from the air, not with guns but with bombs which are placed on top of buildings/mountains/....
Each armie will has his own classes with their specific gun(s)
example:
Human Forces: -Farmer[RiotGun + Colt Python]
Duck Forces: -Guerilla Duck [dual CZ Skorpion]
At the moment I am the only person working for this mod.
I've been practicing level design for 2 years now. So I can take that task on me. But because I was desperate I start learning modeling 6 days ago and I've already made a couple of models for this mod.
I hope you'll be gentle with the comments on the models cause I am a sh*tnoob who is still learning new techniques everyday to become a good modeler :).

Nice, this will be a fun one to play!
The shotgun is the most logical gun for a duck (like an M4 is for an American soldier)
The Ducks can also shoot with an RPG , mainly for destroying the vehicles of the humans
I dont make this mod just to laugh
I'm making this mod to have fun and some good action.
I think the mod itself will deliver some funny situations although I didnt do anything special to make it funny
I needed a new idea for armies
So i decided not to pick 2 human forces but humans vs ducks
Have you ever played TimeSplitters 2?
The ducks look just the same + It was my intention to make the duck look a bit like a human
It is my first player model ever oke ?
I made this the day I began to learn modeling so I am pretty satisfied with it
If you still dont understand why the ducks use RPG's:
Basicly the usual terrorists are switched with ducks

not every MPmod has a story so it doesnt matter if the story isnt right for you, it's about the gameplay experience you'll have

ducks and rocket proppelled grenades is a weird combo, also that duck model looks more like a half-duck half-human then a duck, the shot gun is totaly fitting in the world of ducks tho, but if this is not a hunting game then the shot gun is'nt even fitting and then nothing fits or makes sence, if this was a comedy mod then it wouldent matter but it aint so i don't see the purpose of making it so random and weird, just my thoughts, it'll probly end up a fun game in the end even in its weird setting
you might think its a comedy mod cause of the ducks
but if this was a comedy mod you could shoot with a bananaminigun, and throw grandma's like in Worms
but this isnt
you shoot with RPGs, RiotGuns,SCARs,...
This doesnt mean this is a sober serious mod with dark levels and stuff
I'm not gonna make any special situations which can make this mod funny
Look at Worms: do you always laugh when you see a grandma flying ?
I mean: it's a good idea but it isnt really 'that' funny
funny has to come from itself and you may not force it
the mod itself will probably deliver some funny situations when playing online

As you probably noticed I am the only one who is working for this mod
I do level design now for 2 years so I can make maps.
Yesterday I started to learn modeling
In the image gallery you can see my first 3 models ever
I think they are pretty good for a shitnoob
And I can also make websites but I cant find any good free hostsites
So thats actualy all I can do.
I'm not gonna start to learn coding, I'm sure I can't do that
Because you can't post more then 1 'help wanted requist' a day, I'll already put them here:

The player modeler and texture artist dont have to be that highly skilled
I want this mod to be fun, it doesnt has to look f***ing awesome
The only difficult job for the coder is when you play as a duck you have to be able to fly
I hope some people join this mod ;)
