This mutator was written specifically by request. It's not going to be everyones cup of tea but if the cap limits are set to a really low values ensure that even the best players have to concentrate throughout the whole game.
The mutator allows the lead that any player or team can get to be limited to a specific value. Player's whose score is being capped are still able to leave a trail of corpses behind them, they simply don't get any points for it.

Yes it's true. Not content with preventing the best players from winning by a vast margin, I've gone on to prevent humliating defeats in team games as well.
The mutator now allows both player and team scores to be capped in Streetwar and Team Streetwar games.
