Desert Combat is an award winning FPS mod for Battlefield 1942, created by Frank Delise, Brian Holinka and Tim Brophy. DC is set in Iraq during the first Gulf War. It acquired popularity since the 2003 invasion of Iraq by Coalition forces.

After a long and windy development path, the final release of the widely-popular Battlefield 1942 mod, Desert Combat, has been released. Fans everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief and get ready to download from any of the links provided here. Desert Combat developers also showed their gratitude for the people who helped to make the final release possible in this thread.
