Desert Combat is an award winning FPS mod for Battlefield 1942, created by Frank Delise, Brian Holinka and Tim Brophy. DC is set in Iraq during the first Gulf War. It acquired popularity since the 2003 invasion of Iraq by Coalition forces.

Just so ya' know,there's already a game like this,it's called
Battlefield:Bad Company.Good try though sport.
Bad company is NOT BATTLEFIELD. it is just some noob game that tries to imitate COD. Im surprised that someone of your level has even heard of BF1942 or even heard of this website.
Also, did you notice that those are PLAYER CONTROLLED JETS? not some nooby killstreak bull.

Desert Combat was one of the most successful BF mods of all time.
DICE, who is now owned by EA, brought Trauma Studios after they created Desert Combat. They employed them to make Battle Field 2 which essentially started the BF franchise and is where the bastard child Bad Company spawned from.

Not to mention this was released in 2004 for a game made in 2002.
Also it seems like he has never heard of Battlefield 2.
