Earth is dying, and plummeting resources causes panic and wars.
A peace conference held in Parliament to settle all parties' differences.
A faction named 'Angel Wings' airstrikes Parliament killing most of the world's leaders.
Angel Wings decides to colonize a distant alien planet aptly named(due to the species living there) Planet Cutezome and miserably fail. The Cutezomes fought back, and has now sent the Red Skulls Attack Force to eliminate the hostile race.
The Angel Wings hold their ground on Earth until they can escape on their Biodome Ship "Utaria" to try a colonize potential Earthling-habitable planets.
Meanwhile, the remains of UN and world leaders form "Earth's Saviors" in the hope of preserving humanity as a species. They are aware that the Cutezomes is an unstoppable force and feels that they will never win against their superior technology. They seek to make peace with them, however this proves to be difficult with the Cutezomes' ongoing conflict with the Angel Wings and are mistaken to be hostile too.

To Install, just extract the .rar file to your Zero Hour directory.
For those who cannot use .rar files, I will upload .zip version(or whatever compression) whenever the need arises.
TODO(for the next releases):
-Fix Interfaces -- there are still some issues regarding the Interfaces. But this is to best I can clean-up for now. The rest of the cleanup will follow as the updates go along.
-Balancing and Fixing Bugs -- I NEED YOU FOLKS to report to me immediately once you see something very "Over Powered" (an understatement) or any weird game-breaking things that can occur.
-Make AI for the custom factions - Only the basic vanilla factions have AI. Not the ones featured in the mod.
We(I, unless someone volunteers to make AI for this) will release the AI scripts in a later date.
-Eventually release a custom campaign - Yes, I am planning to release a campaign for this mod. Telling the story of it and such.
