Earth Savior's Turtle Tech Tree Super Unit.
Build Limit of 1.
It is armed with 3 Triple-barreled Artillery Cannons and 6 Phalanx Turrets.
It acts as some sort of secondary Command Center, provides radar too if in case the main command center is down. It can also paradrop Construction Dozers within it's sight radius, but make sure you give them a safe landing zone.
