Contra 009 FINAL PATCH 3 Hotfix 2 Changelog:
Fixed errors:
- Group of China Snipers required rank 5 instead of rank 3. Fixed.
- Seismic Artillery Barrage brought twice more damage than intended. Fixed.
- Toxin Rebel Biker could not place Booby Traps. Fixed.
- Air Force, Laser and Super Weapon units and defenses could not rebuild Stinger Drones. Fixed.
- Select All Combat Units hotkey (Q) selected Hijackers, Saboteurs, Fuel Tubes and Pumps. Fixed.
- Dead crew appeared on defense core destruction. Fixed.
- Units could move through EMP Patriot Batteries. Fixed.
- EMP Patriot Batteries and Ion Defense Tower sometimes ignored enemies. Fixed.
- Patriot Batteries sometimes ignored enemies if there were enemy traps around. Fixed.
- An F-18 left a War Master with 1% health. Fixed.
- Suicide Scorpion brought less damage to infantry than intended. Fixed.
Challenge mode:
- Assault: The game did not end when the player destroyed all enemy buildings. Fixed.
Maps:
- New map: Tournament Lockdown (3v3).
Skirmish AI:
- Nuclear AI called in Cluster Mines GP even though it was removed. Fixed.
- Super Weapons AI could build 2 Saturns. Fixed.
- AI could capture GLA mines and traps. Fixed.
Balance changes:
- Bikers are more vulnerable to anti-tank weapons.
Other changes:
- Tall buildings no longer prevent aircraft from passing near them.

I destroyed all the gla tunnels and the game is not over haha

The Usa Laser does not have any weakness he's strong in everything i don't understand why you removed all his weakness

not played command and conquer in about 3 years, is this the download for contra? or just a patch? if so does anyone have a link to download the latest contra? also how do i install mods again? its been a long time lol. i installed the game to D: drive (under games then command and conquer, these are folders i made), i download the ultimate collection from CDKeys.com was only £5, so i couldnt say no lol (no idea if that means anything lol)

To install (using the link above):
1. Open "Contra009Setup.exe".
2. Choose installer language.
3. Choose installation directory (unmodded working Zero Hour patched to v.1.04) and install.

just downloaded it and installed it to D:\Games\Command And Conqure The Ultimate Collection\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour
this is where installed all the games from the ultimate collection to, i couldnt use default c: drive as my compute has split the storage so only small space on c: drive :(.

how do i patch it to v.1.04? i never had to do this on my old copy (the first decade, but disk is screwed on that lol). (EDIT, i have just looked in options after a google search and it says zero hour is on version 1.04)
also i am glad to see people are still interested in c&c and moding it, makes it worth me still wanting to play it :)
just seen a youtube video of someone renaming files from CTR file to BIG files, i remember years ago i had to do this, would this be the issue?, i dont know what files to change to BIG if that is teh issue as the names of the files are different to that on the youtube video (was for contra 009 Beta)

I HAVE DONE IT, installed to the wrong folder, i had 2 folders names command and conquer the first decade, i put it in the 1st folder, it needed to be in 2nd
D:\Games\Command And Conqure The Ultimate Collection\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour
this files had data, core and mss folders (for those who also have trouble)
I have a problem with installing patch 3, I know it should install automatically when I install contra, but it asks to install the patch and I click yes it gives me "End of central directory record could not be found error". It's worth mentioning that I just had contra installed a couple of days ago on the same computer and it installed all the patches automatically no problem

Why can't we install patch 3 and the hotfix manually like the other patches if we DON'T want to use the launcher. It's dumb. Sticking to patches 1 and 2 if there's no work around. Not an online player anyway. Next y'all be using that crap gentool

I can't get past the USA boss general on Medium because even with 4 war factories pumping units nonstop there's too much of a rush too soon. I've tried every general and only some USA can win that guy.

I got 009, installed all three patches with the hot fixes but the enemies are too passive and easy to defeat. Any help.
