Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

looks pretty cool, although it looks similar to the CnC 4 "cyborg commando" (i played the beta and i looked on the site). don't worry though it's only like 20% similar to it and it still seems original. keep up the good work.

If I remember correctly, it has a uber-pzwner lightning gun and can fly.
This is cool yet hilarious, and almost belongs in the (now defunct) Crazy Mod.

it's definitely ineresting, but it doesn't really capture the "USA" look that i would think of with a cyborg commando. regardless, this is a true piece of work.
It would go nicely with a USA Robotics General :P

well it's a definite improvement however it still looks too alien for my taste :P
Love how you take the robots from Descent 3 and put them in Generals. Descent is still one of my favourite games and this guy was always one of my favourites (He was called Stormtrooper in Descent). I say you should also give the Cyborg General the Juggernaut. Pic of it: Gamespot.com

not bad, look like something out of terminator, but I dont think it totally capture the USA's military style.
looks remarkably similar to the cyborg commandoes in tiberian sun. same weapons, same design, except tiberian sun's 1 had legs, and would become legless if in critical health, boosting its defense.
