Note that the Nod Construction Yard has been partially reskinned while also adding a Specular Lighting Texture to the model...
I see that the renegade hand of nod is in there as well...
Whats up with the Renegade Hand of Nod..?
The black hand uses Renegade's HoN while the normal Nod uses Tiberian Dawn's HoN.
It was originally just gonna be a placeholder, but to the request of some who really liked it in the Mod, I kept it to distinguish the Black Hand subfaction as FekLeyrTarg said.
Right now it looks better than C&C 3
