you see my dear friend, some people have what you call imagination, you know that thing ideas are made of... for eg. legion might have the same programing as cabal using the same frequencies to control his old army, but doesn't necessarily mean that the original AI, hasn't grown/updated since firestorm, so if he was underground and acquiring a new army this whole time, he would in theory through study have an entirely new army at his disposal, his old army are no longer relevant as the tech to him is now outdated, after all and i quote cabal, "our directives must be reassessed"....

It makes me happy to see people push their ideas beyond the normal context and have the ability to go into depth and explain it without going out of their way to extremely defend it, The question is how does he assemble an army without being detected by not only GDI but LEGION who is doing all it can to carry out Kane's will.

The way i see it. The Marked of Kane are going to have to show up here. It makes thing interesting and a bit more complete. The team has some pretty serious brainstorming to go over to make CABAL be something not Scrin or NOD or GDI or Legions marked of Kane *Although the last is very limited in what we see till CNC4 when you can see it in full effect* I do look very much forward to results.

With that said id almost go as far as saying drop the GDI main factions involvment as a whole and focus on this circle of things CABAL is going to have to focus itself on especially since LEGION is now connected to the tacitus.

Well you see both GDI and NOD both are under the illusion that they had destroyed CABAL so if your not searching for something theirs a good chance you wont find it, which in turn gives Cabal ample opportunity to rebuild his army, especially if he targets key individuals to fly under the radar eg, people who will not be missed homeless and the like he only needs the human shell lol. Anyways I agree with the point of his own faction and not the marked of kane drizzle leave that to nod, it is an inferior bi-product, tech that made him lose the last war and has no longer had place in a cabal army.

With that stated he had the entire war to scrap up anything GDI or NOD left behind and plenty of opportunity to examine the Scrin during their brief visit. making all the proper observations of what each faction did from every engagement and having obviously learning of his successor and knowing that LEGION is roaming the earth more controlled then he was. He has no doubt picked up the signal of the tacitus out of control energies during LEGIONS last operation in KW and has without a doubt picked up any if not all Scrin material left inert after the control node was destroyed. The only question is how will he utilize a more hostile tiberium growth rate and how will he cope knowing his main component being Kane is loose upon the world once again as he abandoned CABAL as a lost experiment.
