Hem, good draw, but, generally, GDI troops are in sand cameo, not propaganda style... Exept that thing, the shape is good.
Looks more like a parade uniform than one of GDI's utility based high-tech suits. Perhaps you could try integrating more modern-day armor designs and add some combat equipment, like grenades, knifes, a sidearm (holster) and supplies. The old design ( Moddb.com ) seems to have more fitting body armor.
Nice artwork though.
