You could also use alternative upscale pack Clive Barker's Undying hidef by y2keeth. It should work with both renderers.
DX11 have normal and height maps which improve visual a lot, and also SSAO and reflections. But it stutters a lot and have issues with quality of lightning/illumination
Vulkan is much faster and illuminations/lightning is better. And I think you could force SSAO and reflections using Reshade
Mod is compatible with near anything Clive Barker's Undying related. It is fully compatible with Undying Renewal mod in the latest version.
Coronas misalignment with widescreen mod and DX11
If you are not using DX11 fix, you should disable coronas in System/System.ini file

Jaggy polygons, dancing/moving on camera angle change in DX11
This is because of tesselation in DX11, which works somewhat funny in this game. You could try to leave it on, but I didn't noticed any huge improvements. Try it for yourself. In case you want stable picture, disable it in System/System.ini file

Please, tell me how did you manage to extract all the textures from their *.utx and save the folder structure?
For example, Dragon Unpacker does not save folders.

There is no need to install Vulkan renderer separately as it's now part of the Undying Renewal mod.
Hello. Could you please create these textures in utx format. Everything would run smoothly then because in this case I have some stuttering. Thank you.
