C&C: ShockWave is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. The main goal of this mod is to make Zero Hour a more interesting game with more diversity between the generals, making you think twice before you select a certain general, and overall provide more choices, diversity, and strategic freedom than in Zero Hour - while keeping the spirit and design direction of the original Generals game and storyline.

yeah but who cares about recycling units
all the cnc games have a few thigns in common
everyone has a light infantry a somewhat heavier infantry
a mbt there's not been one w/o a heavy 2 barrled tank yet and a rocket artillery piece

Everyone wishes they had an aircraft carrier. Battleships are not so popular anymore... bigger ships are cooler. But along the way, aircraft carrier is just impossible. it can't move. If it does move, the fighters will not move.

Referencing the Aircraft Carrier/Fighter movement issues. They did it in Red Alert 2 and Red Alert 3, make the fighters more like drone aircraft spawned by the aircraft carrier. Thus, the big-*** boat can move with a full complement of pretty planes of death. ^_^

There are quite a few amphibious units and very few maps that allow one to take advantage of the amphib capabilities of some units.

A good example is with China Infantry's Tigershark tanks. They can swim alongside the Assault Troop crawlers and bring anti-tank firepower which the Assault Troop Crawlers lack.

they still have time to fix that... i wonder if they might let the aircraft carriers maybe... 'construct' these to help support them... or something like a one-time muster of a certain number... you could still have fun with these things

kinda disappointing, it needs a generals power but is effective vs infantry only. you need about two of these to destroy about 1 MBT and
i thenk you need 3 of these to destroy a SHT (like the overlord)
but it would be the star attraction of a tank museum!

In an unfortunate case of suckiness, the ShockWave Shatterer has nothing, and I emphasize NOTHING, on its' C&C3/Kane's Wrath counterparts. The C&C3/KW designs are each capable of obliterating infantry, tanks AND buildings with equal efficiency. This thing needs a major upgrade to even come close. According to the label... "Fires sonic pulses". That screams harmonic resonance, which can destroy, and has destroyed, alot.

This is my fav super weapon general vehichle i dont know why you say it sucks but i built 4 and beat a hard tank general with just the 4 and 2 enforcers.

I love the Shatterer from KW. Greatest siege unit ever invented in an RTS. C&C has the best units in any strategy game, hands-down.
