Back to Basics is a full conversion mod for Company of Heroes and its expansions. Why the WH have SS Rank , this are all Waffen-SS Rank Badges, Wehrmacht dont use this Bar System for Higher Ranks instead use various Stars and Oakleaf, here is a Link with the WH Ranks

I am Modeller too and i know that a Decalsheet is not a Historic Reference, believe me and German Wiki P. that the green Bars are not WH Badges ,thats W-SS Badges ,when you dont believe German Wiki then plz ask Military Historians at Wehrtechnische Studiensammlung from Bundeswehr or i.e. Panzermuseum Munster which is also from German Army. Thats not from WH Branch.
But you can educate me when you show me Photos from WH Soldiers wearing WH uniforms with this Bar badges

Maybe u are right ? But i never seen this before but all is possible in late War phase , i have see fotos from Luftwaffe Feld Div. Soldiers wearing Waffen-SS Camo Uniforms ! Or Waffen SS that wearing WH Splinter camo Uniforms, at my Bundeswehr time the Drill instructors used White Bars on Tracksuits while on Sporttraining. When this were used by WH than possible in late War phase and only for some Types of Camosmocks
Well I am not completely sure about everything. Both our theories seem to be right. However I think these rank insignias are pretty well covering the whole thing.
Are you going to use all those icons? So one could theoretically get an infantry squad to a five star general?
No, if you are reading the discription, these are the rank icons for the lobby and leaderboards.

MW2 and "MW1" CoD4 both use these ranks , maybe they just are the common ranks used in games and real life for the US troops :D?
