How did you do this?

in the folder marked "Scoring" there is a Scoring.tgi file that I made changes to.

I read through the entire text document. I then duplicated the code format and added two extra lines with the new specs..

[Statistic]
stat_ids = UNITS_LOST

at first I added it to the Regiments tab, but this pushed the data off the far edge of the screen. not wanting to completely revise the GUI for the scoring window (as I did for the WW2 Metagame) I moved it to the overall score tab

it would be neat if I could create a brand new casualties tab where we could break down how many units were recruited, what types of units were recruited, and what types of units were lost for each faction.

right now, my guess is that we can't get that specific without creating a series of new factors. creating new target types created some real problems-- so I doubt I could create a new way of tracking specific types of units at this time.

"us vs them" basically.

I'd like to point out that many, many little green enemy men were killed in the making of this screencap!

I think the columns for the 2 should be revered - Units killed, then units lost

One thing I've always wanted to know, what's the equation for determining the overall column?

Economic + Military

What calculates those values, I do not know.

military score
regiments destroyed = 33%
units killed = 7%
bunkers built = 15%
regiments recruited = 15%
buildings destroyed = 27%
experience gained = 3%

the bulk of your score is based on what you destroy. it's split pretty evenly after that based on how much effort you're making overall. (I never imagined that building bunkers would actually improve your score-- but it does)

the economic score is obviously based on how much ammo and oil you produce. the more you pump out the higher your economic score.

tried adding new types of stats for the game to track-- but the game has crashed every time.

Description

I added two slots to the Overall Score page. it now includes Units Lost and Units Defeated. each regiment is built out of units. in the original game these were included as part of the overall score, but not reported on the scoring page.

there's no distinction between bombers, fighters, halftracks, infantry, ships, or tanks. it just provides a number for each unit that gets killed. I think it only documents units that get killed in battle or die from special ops. units that die from upkeep shortages are probably included. (since regiments that die via upkeep shortage are not counted to the player's score either)
