we've decided to upgrade Hungary from part of a generic roster of minor nations into a full-fledged faction with unique buildings. the "AXIS" folder was getting pretty crowded. and I was bothered by late-war Hungarian units being available from the very start of the war. so we'll be making some additions and changes for Hungary in the near future.
