Description

I'm updating the "Liberty Ships" so that they can deploy ammo, oil, and supply depots to the shore. they can also increase your regiment limit by one. I plan on adding these as something players can purchase in the WW2 Metagame. they also generate 5 money, 10 ammo, and 10 oil. they're going to be worth $200 each, so that should mean that when players sink one they'll earn some money from doing so as well as hurt the enemy economy. so that provides incentives for having them as well as incentives for destroying them.
