theharkonnen was able to create a new type of Chinese conscript infantry. we felt like we needed something that was obviously different from the regular cap-wearing infantry.
LOL I must say their hat look really similar to Vietnamese 'nón lá' (literally leaf's hat) then Chinese's once heheheh

yeah, it actually is based on a Vietnamese hat model. however, I have seen images of these hats in use in China.
China will end up having three or four different types of conscript models.
