yeah, this is a new skin. the older one was really, REALLY dark. it stood out too much from the terrain.

Yes it is. The bren carrier was one of the only few domestically built vehicle made in Australia. while the model isn't exactly correct, the Australians did make bren carriers mounting the 2-pounder. They even mounted 3-inch mortars in them.

I believe the 3-inch mortar one is in the mod too for Nationalist China actually, Australia gave all 400 they made I think as aid.

I could only find evidence of the 2-pounder Universal Carrier being used in combat for Australia. did anybody else use them for front-line duties?

Description

Australia doesn't have nearly the variety of tanks that Great Britain does. and it comes up short in the tank destroyer department. we decided to add the Bren Carrier armed with a 2-pounder anti-tank gun as a way of making up that AT Mech short-coming. I'm probably going to make this a bit cheaper (let's say $125 instead of the usual $150)
