Autumn Aurora 2 it's modification made by small group from Poland which brings the autumnal atmosphere to the Zone and totally overhauls the graphics, audio and gameplay of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl.

There is about 60% of stage of work. Textures are ready in 90%. THERE IS NO ready new weather system yet! It will brings much better lighting, a bit softer image and much better graphic but I'll add it on the end of the work.
Currently I'm on the stage of editing textures and I'm making mip-maps for them. Do you remember "shaking" or "too sharp" textures in first Autumn Aurora release? It was my fault because I don't made mip-maps for them and your GPU's had a really harder work. This problem will not happen again.
I'm preparing ambient sounds for each period of day and weather:
*Morning- nature comes to life(a small number of birds, there is relatively quietly. Only shy noises...)
*Day- everything lives. But don't worry- it won't be ZOO. Everything will be balanced in boundaries of good taste.
*Evening- my favourite time. Howling of wolves and wild dogs, loons, disturbing moans, screams and many more...
*Night- there is only silence with disturbing noises, moans and distant howlings...
*Foggy day- sounds of nature are suppressed. Foggy weather will be very dense.
Will be more changes, improvements of gameplay(will be harder with more elements of survival), new items(for example anti-depressants like Prozac, Fluoxetin etc.), a small features based on scripts(for example- money from corpses, Dinamic Hud with nice sound of breathing, weapons recoil) and many more...New UI and many, many more again...
Autumn Aurora 2 will be a much polished product than first version. With better graphics(yes), better sounds, better improvements of everything and with a bigger doze of miserable atmosphere. I think that 1st version it's 50-60% of Autumn Aurora 2. You can trust me.
