The Northern Excursion mod (once called the "Extreme Realism" mod) is a game-enhancement mod that introduces a new faction, the "North American Coalition" (NAC), re-introduces the jet fighter/bomber air vehicle types from Battlefield 2 and also brings back old features which were left out of the original Battlefield 2142 such as stationary machine guns, visual effects, unused voice overs and more.

NAC SFCR-9
The only weapon from the update which we have named. The SFCR-9 (Special Forces Combat Rifle Mk9) is designed for close-quarters combat like the Voss L-AR. This weapon will replace the Voss for the NAC assault class.

I don't have a problem with the fact that it's basically a P90 with some stuff tacked to the front. my issue is the front hand hold on the P90 would be useless with this gun because if you held it properly it would be grossly forward heavy. This should really be adjusted by either shortening the forward section or removing the hand guard, and replacing it.
