I've thought about the portal storms the combine used before ariving themselves and this is what I came up with. I've thought up a way to implement this into the mod without too much hastle. I'm going to be working on this after I've finished putting in scenes for the second and third map.
Looks very epic. Epic is awsome.
Looks pretty sweet. I think it should warm colors to it, I think it would give feeling of dread.
But I'm just talking my thoughts here :-)

Awesome. Looks sorta like the one at the beginning and middle of Episode 2, while keeping it's own unique style. I like it.

Yes I have used the core from ep1 as a base.
I did that to try and keep a certain feel and look that is
somewhat recognisable as a half life feature.
And Chief, it's no rebel.
It's John, a civilian NPC that'll acompany you alot during your travels.
But with hair? :O
