I would usually never give a standalone mod or a fan remake or whatever such a high rating, but this is truly a rare exception to that. I have never seen an effort as doggedly and lovingly pursued as this huge freeware homage to the Thief series. For recreating the atmosphere and gameplay of all three games in such a faithful way, in a newer but not too demanding engine, and creating an easy-to-use SDK for the fans who'd want to contribute to the game's healthy growth, I can choose no other option than to give it full marks. As much as it is a fan game, this is what the official Thief sequel/reboot should have been much closer to in overall spirit.
