They won't. They won't include assets for morrowind. I'll release this someday though so you'll be able to use it. I'm only redoing Vivec at the moment though, and it's taking a hell of a long time. Haha.
My goal is exactly this. I'm not really done with this one, but I uploaded it to the OpenMW forums just to show the progress. It somehow ended up here though. :)
Maybe it wasn't a good idea to upload this. I'm working on this and they only uploaded this to show the shader compatibility that OpenMW has. It's not included, so yes, you can, and will, play with the old textures.
More details: I'm working on making a hi-res version of Vivec, just for fun. Don't know if I ever finish it, but hopefully. The wall texture on this image has normal mapping and specular mapping.

Yes, since it's open source, anyone can pick up the code and make a multiplayer version of it. That said, it will probably still be very hard. Just not as hard as it was on the original engine.

Ok, so with the same logic I can draw some fan-art of the Lord of the Rings characters, say a picture of Legolas, put it up on deviantart and then Warner Bros can contact me and demand me to remove it.
Totally with the same logic. There's seriously no difference except what medium I do my fan art in.

Looks nice, but it lacks contrast IMO.
Most of your characters look really great and I think this is a really interesting mod. I must point out though that I also think many of the textures lack contrast. They look too grey and flat.

I have to say FINALLY, some M&B mod that puts time and effort to texturing work. These uniforms looks great. Good work. *klicks watch mod and vote for moty*
I'd go for a combo of the left and right. The left one looks more 3d than the right (3d is a good thing), but I like the "icy" color of the right one more. So if you add some highlight to the edges of the right one, I'd prefer the right.
If you're too lazy to do that: Go for the left.

I really think you're not clear enought that this is a completley new team with none of the old members (sorry, you can't count me in as a member, but you are still free to use my dark elves) in it. So please be more clear that this is almost a new mod, and has nothing to do with the old team, except that you got permission to use the models.
I can't see ONE single credit to these models, and I KNOW that you haven't done them. I was active on the site wc3campaigns.net at the time killst4r made them. NEVER EVER think of using another ones models without giving proper credit to 'em.
Hroppa, maybe you should type in the mods mail instead of yours in the contact list.. ? :) Also, instead of "christmas (probably)", set the release date for something like "probably after christmas", since I doubt we'll complete all the work on the campaign map in 2 months.

Also, just so we don't have to answer 100000 times again;
1. Always use (at least) 2 valour for all units and no armour/weapong upgrades.
2. The high elves WILL get more units
3. We are hoping to make all units for all factions in warhammer for the mod, but since there is a 250 (or something like that) model limit, some units (or maybe even factions) must be left out.. However, since dwarves are quite easy to do, I guess they'll be done. And btw, when BI comes out, hopefully the model limit is higher, so then HOPEFULLY we can add all factions, but it's still no promise.
4. We have a system for the stats to convert it from TT to the mod. However, some units have some bugs that is by mistakes. For example, High Elf Archers attack stat is 9 instead of 8, so those will be fixed in further releases.
