It's possible, but CA likes their barebones rosters too much. If they did rip them off, they'd take all their hard work and sell it back to use piece-wise for $7.99 per county. (England would be a massive expansion at $40)

I think it's not a matter of the models, but the roster itself. They probably did a fair amount of research to assemble their roster, and if MKTW looked to their roster for inspiration, it's only fair to credit them for their research efforts even if no models were shared etc.

You're absolutely right. CA doesn't need help from paltry modders. What it needs is to take your jobs, and you guys can take their jobs :D Then maybe CA will be more relevant compared to the 11 billion DLC packs they sell.

I love how the game supports mods, yet they update the game every other day so that the mods never work. :P And the updates are almost always minor....

It's not the question that bothers people, its that the question is answered on the front page and repeatedly asked that bothers people. People don't read the updates and ask the questions repeatedly that have to be repeatedly answered. Devs post news full of answers that some people still ignore and ask questions anyway. Look at all the ******** on here who are b*tching about the fact the mod hasn't been released yet. The Devs posted a solid reason why the mod isn't out, and yet people are complaining like the Devs are guilty of a crime for having real life get in the way of their plans. This is why people get annoyed.

Game companies don't deserve any more niceties anymore Nick. It's becoming more and more commonplace to sell pre-orders for games that on release are buggy or unplayable. This means the people who pay full price are being cheated compared to the people who wait for the bug fixes and updates and pay less than full retail for the game. There are many examples of this, Watchdogs, Rome II Total War, and many others I'm sure I haven't heard of due to my limitations to primarily PC Strategy Gaming. All my favorite companies have given over to the Cash Cow DLC spamming or make lousy games anymore, so there really aren't any game companies out there who I would defend anymore.

Unfortunately the vast majority of idiots are idiots. The entire reason for Idiots' existence is to make the lives of intelligent people worse until we find some way to make the world literally revolve around idiots. There is no solution as to the spamming of irrelevant flaming comments other than giving the ability to moderators to delete these comments because burying comments doesn't do anything about saving space for the most part.

Guys, quit complaining about the minimum requirements. They're GUIDELINES on around what kind of hardware you need to run the game. Games don't go around and test every single piece of hardware out there. It's an estimated guess. These guys are working to advance the standard of graphics in gaming. The game's free to play, so you don't have to pay a cent to play. If your computer can run the game fine, play it. The game's obviously experimental. He's doing this without hiring a full team of professional programmers, so I commend him for his work.

I downloaded and installed this at August 8th 3:25 AM Central time. Lol. You guys have my eternal respect if this game entertains me :O Code Lyoko is my childhood.

Lol RAW should be the group stealing models from these guys, 2006 EAW is a bit too old to be getting into stuff like this though, so RAW's doing a remarkable job with what they have.

If you are the republic, they are allied to you, but they are part of the non-aggressive republic and will not attack anything. If you are the CIS, then you are able to attack and conquer them, the Republic however has to wait for the CIS to conquer these planets before they may claim them as part of the controllable republic.

So true, 1C's dead to me, they haven't released a good game since Assault Squad in 2011, and have released 2 absolute sh*t games since then. Assault Squad 2 is a half-baked remake on the original they are pretending they released but is still in Beta stage seeming that they haven't released but 3 factions as of my last look. Nam has no content, Condemned Heroes Ditto. I also agree with your last statement, if you guys don't pull some uber stuff, then I won't touch this game like I haven't touched AS2.
I wish you guys the best of luck, but if you screw us like 1C then you WON'T get a FIRST chance. WWI was spent primarily in the trenches, so I expect that you will bring it to life and separate it from the flukes 1C has recently ****** on us.

To be honest I'm not so sure Assault Squad 2 will be all that much better than Assault Squad until we see what they are adding to the 2nd, better AI and pathfinding hopefully. But their past 2 games have been junk seeming as Vietnam was thoroughly lacking in content and Condemned Heroes was a remake off the original with half the stuff cut out and a new campaign.

You have to manually change the ammunition because I don't think the hotkey recognizes any of the new ammo.
