good, havok was a ***, lol
Hey, you know those things, in real life, they don't need to stop at the waters edge... they're a hover craft, they just keep going!
-Liam
nice, Im liking the canvis. Nice addition guys, make it feel real.
-Liam
In the origonal, it's a hand carved out of a rock with 2 doors. So, it's not actually a building, which WAS strange, but interesting for the time. If I was ever making a mod (and I wouldnt be, lol) I'd probly change it, this looks nice but maybe it should be more sturdy? this is one of the lowest tech buildings in the game remember guys, and though it shows up in some high tech places (advanced nod bases) it's also a simple recrutment area for Nod. But, overall, I like it, and wouldn't mind seeing it in the finished product.
-Liam
And the question on everyones lips... where DOES it shoot it's missiles from?
-Liam
Those are totaly awsome, seriously.
-Liam
that is awsome. but arials are more likely to be bending forward, as they are often strapped to the hull in such a way while being transported. Of course, they do look coller flowing back... XD
-Liam
errr, I dont think the arty was based off of this one at all guys, in fact I believe it was tracked... Though, im having trouble saying which one it was based off. Try Wiki-ing it, always a good start.
-Liam
bigest issue with H.O.N., the origonal building is a rock with a fist carved out on top and doors on the front. Your doing well guys, but I think something CLOSER tot he ren model is what u should have. But then, its your mod, so mah.
-Liam
er, I dont think this is right at all... the sides of the body are not that shape. you need to look at the stealth tank clip again guys.
-Liam
It's name is "Ezekiel's Wheel", essentually, its a stealth tank.
same with the flame tank, its name is "Devils Tounge". Just like the Light tank is "B1 Bradly" or the GDI medium tank is "Abrums".
hmmm, I do hate to say that one thing has been done wrong on this model, which is sad, because its down right awsome. the "arms" that fire the flames, they actaull start hugging the cab, and then poke outward and then straiten up to be where the tips of yours are. It was ages until I noticed it too. To see what Im talking about, load up the "bonus DVD" that comes with TFD. goto the bonus freatures, and then concept artwork. the 3D render there you can see it, have a good lokk at where the arms join the main body. Hope this helps and doesnt just **** you off, lol.
-Liam
lol, hte radar jammer was the exact same graphics just stolen... like so many RA units...
-Liam
thats a lovely looking humm-vee, nice to see taht u didnt make the same mistakes as the guys that made renegade... modders rule, EA drools...
-Liam
The REAL MRLS can lay mine fields, in the advanced version, totally make it be able to do that, would be cool.
-Liam
could never understand wht the Bradly was chosen as the nod "light tank".
Its the American APC, lol, the turret is a machine gun! not an anti-armour cannon! rofl!
-Liam
Sorry, i should explain. I just mean, realisticly, the wing mirrors should be besise the front side windows. Yours are currently placed high. IF this was a real hummer, the driver would barely be ble to see the wing mirrors from the font seat (especially the one further from him) just because they have been placed too high up. Post back if you till don't understand (with exactly why your still confused, and ill do my best to make this hummer look real)
-Liam
shoosh you (its looks great, leave as is...).
-Liam
the m2/m3 Bradley carries a 25mm chain gun (turret) and a co-axial 7.62 medium machine gun (held by a guy popping up). It can replace it's machine gun for a TOW launcher (wire guided missile) if needed of prefered. For some reason the people that made CnC didn't realise this (of something) and made it shoot anti-tank shells... I always laugh when i see them in the battle clips "boom boom!" lol. anyway, the guys have ot make a decition, three options I see.
1"keep everything the way it is"
pro: looks like a bradely, acts like a CnC light tank.
con: makes no real life sence.
2"change the barrel size":
pro: the shells look right firing out
con: doesnt look like a bradley/ light tank
3"make it fire a machine gun"
pro: its a bradley!
con: its not a light tank, and nod looses one of its best anti-armour tanks.
one more question. The Bradley actually is an apc... will this be able to carry more than 2 guys (im assuming no). as im assuming your going with option 2.
-Liam
nice sam! just like in the vid clips! (will they be able to "pop up"?)
-Liam
hmm, im not sure if i like this or not. I think the silos in renegade were one of the few buildings they got pritty close. I certaily remeber a weird cornery bit sticking off the side. Not that this is bad, far from it, but you know.
-Liam
this is totally awsome, ill be looking at this when im making my model tiberium refinery.
-Liam
this is great, but please change one thing, just lower the wind shields a little, you wouldnt be able to see them if you were looking looking out the window, cheers.
-Liam
i cant believe people didnt comment, this rocks guys. make sure its going to be able to shoot in all directions though yea? (im just looking at those missile pods on the sides).
-Liam
this nod buggy looks way better than the other two!
-Liam
now see that lovely lattice effect...? now put it on the oblisk! lol (but seriously)
-Liam
thats truely an outstanding interior.
-Liam
seriously, you dont have to put giant nod/gdi emblims onto everything, we know which teams they are on due to colour and form, just keep them true to what they ARE. (and by emblims im not talkn=ing about the ground texture, i mean the giant red one on the door). Im assuming you not actually going to base it on nod emblims.
