I recommend you to watch the "Beginner's Guide to Modding Skyrim" and "the Mod Organizer" videos from Gopher, 40 mods is nothing or maybe your build is not up to the task.

There are enough mods out there that do the same thing just google for it.

Dual wielding and another magic system are really hard to make close to impossible to make right/working the combat is hard coded not a lot can be done about it.

I'm not sure if you mean to change the combat completely but the role a dice combat is what makes Morrowind, Morrowind.

VaultMP is a framework without any limits.

For now bodies are lootable after dead for 20 secs (This will maybe be longer in a more stable release of Vaultmp) server owners can already change this them self with scripting.

It depends on what the server owner wants that you die and you lose all your stuff or not both things are already in this build of VaultMP with scripting possible.

For now it's only FO3, but maybe someday NV support will be back. Fox is working pretty much alone on this project compatibility for both games is quite an amount of extra work.

About Oblivion support I can't say anything I think it would never happen only with a lot of support of experienced programmers.

That is not from Warhammer, you should look to real medieval houses. A lot of things from Warhammer are based from medieval Germany.

Or is also a option the fallout 3/new vegas engine is close to the one of morrowind it will be still a lot of work but the possibilities are endless but VaultMP itself is still in alpha development so yeah nothing fast.
