It takes a very long time for a few people to make a complete conversion mod. It is still being worked on.

The Fellowship campaign seems to crash for everyone. But to be safe completely read the event message it gives you when you start.

I installed it the same way I installed other large mods, and they all worked. Unless it is because I used 7zip.

Once I hit "Play" and it loads I get kicked out. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.

Whenever I play, and not matter where i choose to play in the game, after about 50 years I just get kicked out.

To get the Amulet of Kings you must place your steward in Sancre Tor to "survey province" and he must have a stewardship of at least 15. As for the Jagged Crown I do not know.

Try re-installing the mod, or re-installing any DLC's you have
