Hey guys, I'm the number 10. Go ahead and multiply me. See what happens.
Tihr is unknown to almost the entire Galaxy, even the Sith. A student of a long dead Sith Master, Tihr rose to the rank of Darth within the Sith Order and was, as many others before him, forgotten. Sent to a minor Sith Research Facility to live out the rest of his days overseeing project after project, Tihr was overjoyed to hear that the Sith Order had risen up to encompass the entire Galaxy under Lord Cronus.
Although Tihr had not participated in any previous Wars, he was still quite young and ready for action. But the orders never came, he remained forgotten and watched as the glorious Empire fell into decline and eventually swept from the face of the Galaxy.
Now, however, with so few Sith remaining in the Galaxy after heavy losses in numerous Wars, Tihr finds himself in a position to gain more power and, hopefully, see the Sith rise yet again.
Indeed, he considers himself one of the last remaining "patriots" of the Sith Order, fighting not for personal glory or power, but for the Sith as a whole.
Of course, whether he shall gain that opportunity is yet to be seen...
Skills:
Tihr is a Sith Inquisitor, and has grasped the basics and some more advanced areas of the Force. Due to time spent doing nothing, he has honed the skills he already known to near perfection, though still has a lot to learn about the Force.
His heart is in the right place, and is loyal to the Sith Order as a whole. Anyone who hampers the Sith Order is considered a hostile. This attitude allows for great loyalty, pride and reliance, as he shall carry out a task to the very end, but also arrogance and contempt for those who are not Sith. Diplomacy is not his strong point...
Combat skills, outside Lightsaber combat and the Force, are very limited, as are his pilot skills. He has studied, however, much of Sith Military History and has basic knowledge of how to command, which he hopes to grow as time goes on.
Tried to make a balanced character, not too insignificant as to not be able to participate in Galactic Affairs but not one too powerful either.
As I do with all chars, a list of Pros and Cons:
Pros:
Complete loyalty and dedication to the Sith Order.
More potent than the average Sith Inquisitor due to several years of complete dedication to the honing of his skills
Basic knowledge of commanding both a small fleet and army (+basic grasp of battle tactics and executing said tactics)
Average Lightsaber combatant, proficient in the Form II
Cons:
Has not experienced combat outside simulators (though has dueled with other Sith with no real safety)
Arrogance and contempt for all non-Sith, can lead to problems in negotiations or simple conversation which may escalate into a heated fight
Unwilling to surrender under any circumstances, may lead to problems with superiors other conflicting orders
Pro/Con:
High sense of Honor: Both a pro (surely to gain respect with those who value honor) and a con (honor may make him do suicidal things, such as a duel to the death, suicidal charges ect.)
Seems to me to be a moderate char, with the potencial to grow (obviously xD).

Forgot: He uses a double-bladed lightsaber, and while proficient in using that sort of lightsaber he normally just uses one side, the other ready to spring up to surprise his enemy.
