Nvm, this mod is really good with atmosfear 1.3, and the argus nature & building texture packs, finally CS is a fun game to play, and looks great!
Still cant run max setting though even with dual 5870s.... kinda sux
Anyone able to succesfully merge this mod with Atmosfear CS 1.3?
You can also apply this change, or view/change the file headers for any file for that matter- with CFF explorer. I think it's easier... plus it's a free app.
My xrengine.exe already had > 2gb addressing enabled(default i think) - so this download didn't do anything.

dont know why, the file with correct name is in the folder. Oh well, I used the CFF Toolbox and it worked- good idea for enabling the > 2gb for other games, Thanks!
Just watched your video, and I am very sad to hear LURK is no more. Thank you for all your work, and I agree that you became too overambitious with 1.1 and it shows - 1.05 imo is still the best, and a legendary S.t.a.l.k.e.r mod.

no headbob (copy and replace the following lines):
run_amplitude = 0.0; 0.0075
walk_amplitude = 0.0; 0.005
limp_amplitude = 0.0; 0.011

what do you mean by faction wars, because I never saw any faction proactively attack each other in OL. If you mean the random encounters, like the dwarfs attacking the barrier- that was an okay feature, but it wasn't implemented properly, most of the random encounters occur in other zones, and in the time that it takes to get to the spot that the encounter occurs it is already over.
Someone needs to create the faction wars similar to in CS, but without all the problems- very unlikely that someone will; however. Have you played the mod called Faction Fronts or Faction Wars for SHoC, I have not, but I think the creator was trying to create 'real' faction wars
Also the blowout feature was okay, in OL, but if you want truly spectacular blowouts, than take them from the Priboi Story mod.
OL has some of the worst English dialogs I have ever seen, I mean if you're going to write it in english, do it properly please.
