That rock thing on the left looks really bad.
First thing I noticed were the floating trees. But, I'm sure things like this will get fixed.
It's the zone... what did you expect? Regular grounded trees? =D

I want to ask what graphics card need for fullspeed gaming? (60 fps?)
I have 9800 GT can I play with new render without lags?
I had GF 9800 GT myself and it wasn't sufficent to play Clear Sky on max settings, and here we got HQ vegetation and largest levels ever seen... maybe it will be enough for LA's DX 10, but with some feautures disabled? (SSAO and such)
IF they optimised the game like they said (I think they did because the last gameplay vid I saw made me drool) you could try. I wouldn't say 60, but 30 is the minimum :)
Can AMD 7850 1GB handle this ? Just asking...
ofc, if you can play dx10 games, and have at least 4gb ram, then all will be fine.
