So you are still going ahead with the multi-armour system based on upgradable wargear for SoB (like we discussed for praetorians)? An upgradable or in some cases downgradable armour (depending on the desired result) can be an interesting feature.

Something which is also interesting is the fact that when you want to return to SoB in force you always upload some interesting images to moddb :P

SOB is always there, I just dont put everything up. :P
Some I cannot post obviously. :P

A LiL OCD around females. :P

Armour changes come to mind still, but not as grandiose as I was previously thinking, due to the amount of surfaces that would be there. :P
Unless I have an epiphany and find an easy solution. :P

The one Oomperial was working on was the early version of this without as much content and with some smoothing issues, but it happens and that version just needs object swaps in ffe to fix smoothing.

I was wondering if as wargear they could be upgraded and removed like the old tute for the weapons being destroyed on the relic forums from a miilenia ago. :P
Theoretically meaning I could cycle through armour endlessly. :P
Without having to use OE to go it on damage %...

Art for Arts sake?

I am not an expert on SS coding but the golden bolter thing allows you to go up in terms of weapons and return to the previous weapon (on DC you can add up to the next weapon through abilities but you can't go back), so in SS it would theoritically be possible to set armour through abilities that required x health to be active (thus meaning armour would disappear with health reduction). I actually should test this with praetorians in SS to see if it works when i got the time. If it does "your" sisters would actually lose armour while getting close to dying (i don't know if striping during a battle is actually a good thing but it might distract the enemies :P ).

LoL. :P

Many movies I have seen have armour being tossed away as it gets damaged severly.

There is a theory tat uses something like souls for dark eldar would be a resources that would allow your units to upgrade armour automatically and being based on the unit that did the kills. just so a veteran state could come in without needing to use the Heros.

I still have nothing specific that would make it looks like the units upgrade without the interference of the user with some type of experience native to the engine or with auto abilities.

AFAIR, in SS, with that mentioned "ability", the Entity have a weapon's "go up and return to previous ..." with/for all of it's hardpoints, mean simultaneously for range, melee, wargears (if any)

So I am rooted from shingles. :P
The person I care for isn't getting better. :P
Even after spending $1300 on them... Which I should have spent at a brothel and got better results. :P
So I thought I would finally get round to the repentia merge and the bone rename and re-import crashed max.... Lesson learned. :P
So the ffe work comes at the end.

How to do the visibility.
