It's true, the mod isn't dead.

Ah, been having a lil' problem myself with this game... When I try to run it, a error comes up saying, "MountFilesystem( 242 ) failed: SteamMountFilesystem(then a bunch of numbers) failed with error 114: Cache needs decryption" I looked it up, and it means that I need to play CSS before I can play...which I can't because all I have is HL2:DM and the HL2 episodes :[ Any way to fix this problem? Kthx.
