I have a suggestion for version 3.2 or whatever the next major update of this mod is. How about instead of using RBDoom 3, you instead use Classic RBDoom 3 fork. It is a fork of RBDoom 3 that includes many fixes to both classic and doom 3. Plus RBDoom 3 seems abandoned to me.

Do you think you can make a build for Arcane Dimensions? With that mod being finished now, I figured it shouldn't be any trouble to support it.

Also, do you think you can, instead of using Darkplaces, do you think you can make a build for vkQuake instead? vkQuake uses Vulkan and is more stable/better performance than Darkplaces and is also more actively being developed by 2 different community (since it's a fork of Quakespasm).

Ah, that's ok. Do you know where I can get the map files for Retribution so I can play it with Starcraft remastered? The only thing I can find are iso files that don't work with remastered.

Do you think you can just upload the original retribution without needing to change it so we can play it with remastered?

Ok, I get what you mean now. After doing some testing, I actually prefer it with default. Makes it feel more like how the original Quake 2 is. Sorry for the confusion.

You mean stuff like motion blur and depth of field? Because I dislike those features and even my fans always suggest me to disable them, too. Depth of Field is sometimes acceptable in some games if done correctly, like Resident Evil 7, but usually I just disable it in FPS games. Motion blur and Radical blur I just hate in general.

If those aren't what you were talking about, then sorry I am not sure what you mean.

Hopefully this is my last suggestion for this, but do you think you can release 64-bit builds for this and the no-gibs mod? It looks like Robert made win64 support, but he never released any builds for it.

Also, if I may make a suggestion, I think it would be more beneficial to everyone if you just provide the updates file with these smaller updates, rather then having to re-downloading the entire game over and over again.

I have a few suggestions for your mod here:

1. I think it would be cool if you could make more realistic bullet holes on bodies, like the way it is in Hitman.

2. It would be nice if you could allow FOV to go higher then 100.

3. Do you think you could combine the no-gib mod with this?

While doing my YouTube play throughs, I noticed that this mod comes with a old version of Darkplaces engine (from 2012). The latest stable version is from 2014 and the latest development version is from April 2017. For anyone playing this, I recommend grabbing the latest stable build of Darkplaces Engine from here: Icculus.org Do not use the latest development version as it seems to have missing textures in it. I am not sure if the other mods are up-to-date or not, but I guess it is worth to check.

So I just did some testing with your mod here and I played the first mission from the Lost Missions. Right when you start and you look to your right, you will see like a computer desk panels there. I notice that is still low resolution. I noticed several other similar computer desk panels are also low resolution. Do you plan on making those HD, as well?

IS there anyway to get this to work with vkdoom 3? It is a Vulkan port for Doom 3 BFG. Link here: Github.com

No matter what I try, it still loads up OpenGL instead of Vulkan.

Very nice work. If anyone wants a real challenge, play this mod on semi-modern with maps of chaos overkill. Been playing it like this and having a blast.

You should do climbing walls for imps, like in project brutality, for modern and semi-modern difficulties.

1. Oh I am not saying they are bad. They are good really, I just prefer Brutal Doom/Vanilla Doom sounds more.

3. Hmm either reduce accuracy or a slightly slower rate of fire would be nice.
